What's a Second?

It's a product that has subtle flaws that were created during the manufacturing process. Even though the flaws are minor, we don't feel comfortable selling the item at the full retail price. We also don't like the idea of throwing out otherwise perfectly good products. That's why we offer them to our customers as seconds at a reduced price.

The flaws will generally appear as a smudge or scratch in the vinyl and are usually only visible with very close examination. In some cases, the printed interior pages may have a dot of ink or smudge of some kind where it doesn't belong. The binder and its contents will be otherwise completely functional. Seconds are covered by our Return Policy, however shipping fees will not be refunded. Supplies are limited. We do not recommend Seconds as gifts.

What's Overstock?

Sometimes we have more of the product components than we want to store. So, we sell them as overstock. There are no defects or imperfections in overstock.

If you already own a GardenScribe Plant Organizer, but need more space for additional pages, you can purchase a Bare-Bones Binder and add the refill pages of your choice (refill pages are sold separately). A Bare-Bones Binder includes 1 vinyl binder with divided sections for Perennials, Annuals, Biennials, Shrubs, Trees, and Vines. The Bare-Bones Binder does not include Plant Index pages, Plant Detail pages, Quick List pages, Graph Paper, or a Landscape Template (Outside Measurements: 11.75" x 11.625" x 3.25").
